Why Kingspan
chose Artica.
The global launch of a breakthrough innovation naturally called for a next-level concept. With Kingspan, our creativity came from a different angle and they saw it. We literally fanned the flames with matryoshka dolls, life-sized cells and… a fire-breathing robot arm. As you might have guessed, this launch was talked about for a long time.
Takeaway
Matryoshka dolls and insulation panels. A surprising combination? Yes. A strong concept? Even more so! In our campaign, the small figures symbolised the most important properties of the panels: smaller and better. ‘Why go for 100mm, when more fits into 88mm?’ That’s right!
Stand design and construction
The stock exchange hall in Paris is still vibrating. The Bouwbeurs Batimat could not ignore Kingspan and its revolutionary QuadCore panels. Was it due to its distinctive exhibition stand? That was certainly a start, but what happened at the stand also played a part. In fact, it was impossible to miss: a dancing, fire-breathing robot had never been seen there before.

Fire-breathing robot
Why talk about your most important product features when you can demonstrate them? To think up a fire-breathing robot is one thing, but to actually develop it and put it into operation on location is creative work of a different calibre. And our creativity from the Netherlands did it! A dancing, fire-breathing robot that showed with flames at temperatures of 1,600º that the Kingspan panels didn’t catch fire. Although it did light a fire in the visitors to that Paris fair. And later too, on the road in a van in which the robot was literally taken to the customer.
